1 cup Butter or margarine 1 cup Sugar 2 Eggs 3 cups All purpose flour 1 tsp Baking soda 6 ounces Frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed) Powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix baking soda with flour and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the lemonade concentrate. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes or until light golden brown. When done baking, brush with remaining lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar with pastry brush. Cool cookies on wire racks.
