Chocolate Chip Lace Cookies
1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened) 1/2 cup Sugar 1 Egg (large) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 cup Flour 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup Pecans (chopped) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two cookie sheets with foil, coat with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract and flour until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop dough batter by teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 6 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Separate foil from cookie sheets and allow cookies to cool, then peel cookies away from foil.
