Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies 2 1/4 cup Flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1 cup Butter (softened) 3/4 cup Brown sugar (firmly packed) 1/4 cup Sugar 1 package Instant pudding 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 Eggs 12 ounces Chocolate chips 1 cup Chopped nuts (optional) Combine flour and baking soda, set aside. Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixing bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. The batter should be stiff. Drop from teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 - 10 minutes.
