Beat sugars, butter, vanilla and egg white in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flours, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
