I am trying to find a recipe for a cookie that I've had in the past but don't know the name. I thought it was made by Pepperidge Farm but I can't find it on their website. I don't think it's a Girl Scout cookie either. Anyway, here's the description:
It's a very thin, crispy, buttery spice cookie, rectangular in shape, about 1 1/2 by 3 inches. It probably has cinnamon, ginger and perhaps cardamom in it. I remember how thin and cripsy they were - and delicious. It's almost like a wafer, it's so thin. It's the color of gingerbread cookies, but a lot thinner. It was not crunchy like some cookies, but cripsy. No nuts, raisins, chocolate or butterscotch morsels.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and digested.

Yes, it sounds like the Moravian recipe to me too. Moravian cookies have a number of spices and are always rolled out very thin. They're very good!
