Soy free cookies?

My son has a severe soy allergy. Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of cookies to make for him? Also, he does not like chocolate :|

I don't have a section of allergy related recipes yet, but I'm working on it. Gluten free and dairy free are on my list but I will also add soy free as well. Thanks for your suggestion.
