Crispy Sugar Cookies 1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened) 1 cup white sugar 1 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp milk Cream together butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add dry mixture and milk to creamed mixture alternately a little at a time. Cover dough and chill for 1/2 hour. On a well floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut out cookies with cookie cutter. Place cookies about 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for approx. 10 minutes or till edges are lightly golden brown.
