IRISH BUTTER COOKIES

 

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Melt butter. Mix butter, sugar and flour together. Roll dough into small balls. Make a thumb print. Fill with jam, chocolate chips, fruit, nuts, etc.
