I have a confession to make: I am absolutely obsessed with brownies. I love how they are rich and chocolatey and gooey. I especially love brownie drops- those little balls of brownie goodness that are perfect for popping in your mouth. I have tried many brownie recipes over the years, but I have to say that my favorite brownie recipe is this one. It is super easy to make and the brownies always turn out perfectly. These brownies are so delicious that they always disappear quickly- I have to hide them if I want any to last!
15 ounce pkg. of brownie mix (fudge)
1/4 c. water
1 large egg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil your baking sheet. Mix together the package of brownie mix, the water and the egg in a bowl using spoon. Stir in the walnuts. Dough should be quite thick. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for six to eight minutes. Cool before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
