1 c Brown sugar (packed)
1 1/4 c Softened butter
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1 Egg
2 ts Vanilla
1 t Baking soda
1 1/2 c Flour
1 t Salt
1 1/2 c Uncooked old fashioned oats
1 pk Vanilla milk chips (10 oz)
1 c Flaked coconut
3 1/2 ounces Macadamia nuts, chopped
Beat brown sugar with butter in a large mixing bowl until fluffy. Add in the sour cream, vanilla extract and egg. In separate bowl, combine together the flour, salt and baking soda. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in old fashioned oats, vanilla chips, nuts and coconut by hand. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons of dough about 2 inches apart on to un-greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes 375’F or til edges are lightly golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to racks to cool completely.
