Fruitcake Cookies

1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup Oil (vegetable)
1 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ground clove
1/4 cups Milk
1/2 cups Dried apricots (chopped)
1/2 cups Chopped walnuts
1/2 cups Raisins
1/2 cups Chopped dates

Cream vegetable oil and sugar together. Add in the egg. Add in all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls on to lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 F degrees for approximately 9-11 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
